An export house rooted in design, care, and craft.
Designers For Designers
We are an India-based garment manufacturing company, formed by designers for designers. Since 2015, we’ve partnered with brands that care about how things are made — balancing design, quality, professionalism, and transparency at every stage.
Ethical & Compliant
Our unit is fully labour-compliant. This covers fair wages, Provident Fund & insurance, and factory fire & water NOCs, with regular third-party audits. We work only with like-minded designers and brands who believe in both environmental responsibility and sustaining small businesses.
Sustainability in Practice
The factory itself is built for care: equipped with rainwater harvesting and a fumeless backup generator, designed to reduce excess and waste. With a low minimum of 30 units, we stay intentional — producing thoughtfully, never in excess.
Meeting modern production needs while sustaining traditional skills depends on the strength of our network.
We collaborate with mills that develop organic and powerloom fabrics.
We partner with small embroidery and printing units (digital, block, screen, computerised).
We work with women-led micro businesses, independent developers, and handloom weavers from Northeast India.
We source from Woolmark-certified suppliers, creating custom high-quality wool fabrics.
Every detail matters — from fabric selection to trims, from careful embroidery to the finishing stitch.
Every garment begins with a complete technical packet — from sew-by samples and embroidery references to fabric cuttings for sourcing. DXF pattern files are preferred to speed up sampling, though measurement or spec sheets can be provided if needed.
At the sampling stage, we share insights on fabric, embroidery techniques, and propose production-friendly approaches. Depending on the number of styles, sampling timelines range between 25–35 days.
For production, a final Purchase Order and fully approved technical packet ensure that all details are locked in. These approved samples serve as our blueprint — guiding the team with precision from first stitch to final delivery.
We specialize in small-batch manufacturing, with a minimum order quantity of 30 units, giving brands the flexibility to experiment and scale responsibly.
To make a garment is to honour every step.
Whether plain or embroidered styles, the process always begins with fabric pre-wash and ends with quality checks and careful packing. This step-by-step discipline ensures every piece is made responsibly, with design and durability in mind.
1. Fabric pre-wash to control shrinkage
Fabrics are washed before production to remove any shrinkage, finish residues, or impurities, ensuring consistency in size and feel.
2. Embroidery (if applicable)
For embroidered styles, designs are stitched onto the fabric before cutting. This ensures precision placement and prevents puckering.
3. Post-Embroidery Wash (if applicable)
A light wash after embroidery sets threads, removes stabilizers, and keeps fabric fresh before moving to cutting.
4. Cutting
Fabrics are cut according to patterns, ensuring each piece matches the intended size and shape.
5. Sewing
Cut panels are stitched together to form the garment, using construction techniques suited to the style and fabric.
6. Button & label attachment
Buttons, zippers, hooks, or other fasteners are added to complete the garment’s functional elements.
7. Thread cutting
Brand and care labels are sewn in place, meeting compliance and brand identity requirements.
8. Quality checks & measurements
Loose threads are trimmed and garments are checked for defects in stitching, sizing, or finish.
9. Final wash & press
Garments are washed (if needed) to remove handling marks and pressed for a crisp, finished look.
10. Hang tags, stickers, packing
Each piece undergoes a last inspection before being neatly packed, ready for delivery or sale.
